Vintage Roots

A spritz is a fun summer cocktail typically made with bitter liqueur, Prosecco or sparkling wine, and a splash of sparkling water. They’re served on ice, so they’re refreshing and perfectly ideal for warm summer weather.

Said to have been created in Venice in the 1920s, a very common spritz cocktail is the Spritz Veneziano, but there are many other delicious spritz combinations out there. So here are six summer spritz recipes we’d recommend giving a go this summer!
