The family-run Gibson farm near the Cotswolds produces a liqueur with rich, intense fruit characteristics, and the extra fermentation (before adding the alcohol and sugar) makes this liqueur such an excellent choice. This can be added to white wine to make a Kir or Champagne to make a Kir Royale. For a decadent dessert, try drizzling over quality ice cream.
