HOW TO MAKE THE QUINTESSENTIAL SPRITZ APERITIVO
Grab you glasses first. Make them large (maybe your favourite gin glass) or a large tumbler or wine glass.
Fill with ice cubes, and use the simple 3-2-1 formula
- 3 parts quality organic Prosecco
- 2 parts Walcher Veneziano Organic Spritz
- 1 part Soda Water or Tonic Water
- Garnish with a thick slice or tow of orange
