Organic New Zealand Wines

New Zealand only has a short history of winemaking, and produces less than 1% of the world's wine. Yet its famous Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Noirs are to be found in nearly every wine shop and restaurant across the UK, such is the quality on offer. Thanks to the cool temperature, New Zealand organic wine has a much longer ripening period. This leads to a much more intense flavour, as well as much more purity in the notes of the wine.

There is plenty of acidity to the New Zealand wine, but you’ll still get a lot of flavour. Organic New Zealand wine has found that balance between taste and freshness you can’t help but love!

New Zealand is famous for its Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, which has been called “the best in the world” by some wine critics.
The wines from Nelson (on the northern tip of the South Island) make for a delicious alternative to the Marlborough style, and is another area where Pinot Noir can excel.
