Chateau Grinou - 2019
Harvested at night the soils which have a high proportion of limestone and flint produce expressive Sauvignon and Semillon grapes which result in a very pure, characterful No Added Sulphur wine. Skin macerated for 15 hours, the juice is settled followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas. Complex nose of peaches, citrus fruits and floral aromas. Full-bodied, the finish is long and harmonious.
