This landmark biodynamic whisky is distilled from Ireland’s only biodynamic barley. Apricot gold in colour, it’s a lively single malt with plum and apricot jam notes alongside brown sugar and fresh hay on the nose followed by a rich and warming palate of white pepper, cloves, dark chocolate and more.

Using 100% Irish-grown barley, they have worked with 110 Irish growers, around 40 a year – some organic, some biodynamic (Demeter and Organic Trust certified), some heritage grains – one farm, one terroir, at a time.
