Vermouths can be very cheap, but you will need to pay for a better quality one. The wizards at Walcher in Italy have developed a complex Vermouth using sixteen botanicals, and a base of quality organic Sangiovese wine. Great aperitif or cocktail mixer (eg – Negroni)
Biostilla are based in the sun-drenched South Tyrolean farmlands, with all their fruit coming from certified organic farmsteads. The distillery has a long tradition and has now been producing high quality spirits for nine generations.
