Pale salmon colour, the result of the slight and gentle contact of the grape skins with the must before fermentation. Very bright and clear, especially attractive in the glass.
It has a high aromatic intensity, highlighting mainly the notes of wild red fruits and ripe tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango). Soft and creamy mouthfeel, yet dry with persistent lively acidity. Made from Pinot Noir, Callet and Manto Negro grapes, it is full of Mediterranean character, refreshed by the sea breeze from the Bay of Pollença.
