Like Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, the principal grape here is Sauvignon Blanc, producing crisp, mineral whites with aromas and flavours of fruits like peach and quince. This elegant white has lush notes of white flowers, citrus, fresh quince and pears with an attractive whisper of sweet smoke – a gentle and supple Sauvignon that’s a great value alternative to a Pouilly-Fumé or Sancerre.
