River Cottage Organic Sparkling Wine NV with Oxney Vineyard

Low intervention organic wine, made with help from the award winning team at Oxney Estate in East Sussex. Its toasty, orchard fruit flavours come from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc grapes. A secondary fermentation in bottle is done without disgorging or dosage (adding sugar), giving it a mousse of tiny bubbles and a naturally cloudy finish.
