A low intervention organic fizz, made with help from the award-winning team at Oxney Estate in East Sussex. Its toasty, orchard fruit flavours come from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc grapes. A secondary fermentation in the bottle is done without disgorging or dosage (adding sugar), giving it a mousse of tiny bubbles and a naturally cloudy finish.
