Les Domaine Paul Mas - 2020
Jean-Claude Mas has during the 2020 vintage been able to extend his No Sulphur Added range. This, our first NS Viognier has 15% of the blend fermented in new oak. It reveals aromas of white flowers, nuts and subtle vanilla. The palate is rich and mellow with flavours of ripe pear and peach. Delicious on its own or with foods, especially poultry, goats cheese and fish.
