Airen is one of the most widely planted grape varieties in the world, in Spain it excels in the vast central region of La Mancha. Made from a grape that’s frequently used as a blending partner to accompany more acidic varieties, this new no added sulphur white isn’t lacking any individuality or characterful presence.
