Soft and generous mouthfeel, tropical banana and with just a hint of almond on the palate. Airen is one of the most widely planted grape varieties in the world, in Spain it excels in the vast central region of La Mancha. Frequently used as a blending partner to accompany more acidic varieties, this new no added sulphur white isn’t lacking any individuality or characterful presence. Pair with white meats, pasta, tapas, fish & risotto.
