Pinard VSOP is aged for a minimum of 6 years, with this substantial ageing giving great complexity and a soft finish. This is an extremely beautiful melt-in-your-mouth Cognac with luscious dried fruit and nut flavours and a beautiful balance between eau-de-vie and tannin from the oak in which this organic Cognac has aged.

The Pinard family has farmed 17 hectares of organic vineyards around the village of Foussignac near Jarnac since 1969. Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche are used. The former is the principal grape variety, whilst the tricky-to-grow Folle Blanche adds a lovely floral character.
