Maceration is closely controlled to ensure the wine is both supple and fruity. Excellent fruit extraction means that this French Merlot is full of gently spiced black fruits. Tannins are well rounded, leaving a soft, easy-drinking wine.

Run by husband and wife team, Gabriel and Wenny Tari. All wines here have been organically certified since 1989 and there are now as many as 15 grape varieties grown. With their mosaic of soils and large family of grape varieties the Taris produce a wide range of interesting, enjoyable wines.
