Comprising of a refreshing craft cider from Dunkertons. An award winning, well balanced, golden medium bodied Gasping Goose cider from master cider maker Paul Stephens. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Bold Oak Cider with apples sourced from Hugh’s Axe Valley farmhouse and orchards. A medium dry cider that gets its name from maturing in oak casks which adds depth and complexity to its flavour. Finally finished off with Hereford’s own Dunkertons Premium Reserve. Premium by name and premium by nature it is made using Champagne yeast to accentuate the rich apple flavours and aromas with fine bubbles and a sweet lingering finish.
A quality mix of independently owned craft ciders with alcohol levels ranging from 4% to 6.8% that will suit any occasion.
