This pale rosé is made from 100% Syrah grapes grown on a selection of vineyards that show off the west coast Sicilian terroir. Careful pressing allows the delicate red fruits to shine and the Syrah to bring a slight spice to the finish. A lovely Provence-style rosé from the coast of Sicily.
