Dark in colour with deep, ripe black fruit flavours and good structure from the oak ageing.

This organic and biodynamic red is produced from older vine Tempranillo with small quantities of Merlot and Syrah to add structure and some complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested, and with six months of barrel-ageing this Spanish red has emerged smooth and soft with enough concentration to match stronger stews and meat dishes, or stronger cheeses.

Certified Organic since 1995 the Parra family’s pursuit came from the devotion of the three brothers Francisco, Javier, and Luis. They founded their La Mancha property with the conviction to organically and biodynamically farm every vine under their care.
