Pierre Chavin was formed by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross, who combined their skills for winemaking and marketing to create an traditional yet innovative estate. They are pushing the boundaries of traditional winemaking by producing No Added Sulphur wines and Alcohol Free wines in addition to organic and vegan-suitable wines. They are also using the latest eco-friendly technologies such as lightweight bottles, wood-free paper labels and corks made from sustainable sugar cane.
