Description
Hailing from Helen Browning’s organic farm, where some years ago she pioneered an exciting agroforestry scheme, which influences some of the flavours in this amazing and unique Gin. Made using nine key botanicals including sweet pear, sea buckthorn (an emerging superfood), elderflower and rosemary. With delicate floral aromas of wild flower meadows and orchards it has herbaceous, herbal notes with wild berries and fresh honey. Good enough to sip neat or mix, it won a Silver Medal at the World Gin Awards.

About the Estate
Helen’s family has farmed at Eastbrook Farm for almost 70 years. They’ve been organic since 1986, motivated to find ways to farm that are as good as they possibly can be for people, farm animals and nature. The gin is inspired by Helen’s agroforestry project, which has created an oasis of wild birds, deer and a vibrant insect population who thrive among the pollen and flowers of sea buckthorn, dog rose, wild crab apple and pear trees.
