Adding to our range of Cotswolds liqueurs, is the new and now most popular ‘Elderflower’ variety. From elderflowers grown far away from any roads. The heady, fresh floral scent is captivating, and its flavour is enhanced with lemons grown in their own greenhouses. This organic liqueur is lovely mixed with fizz (Prosecco a good choice), or drizzle over lemon sorbet, or sip on its own well chilled.
Based on a family run farm near Burford in the Cotswolds. All the fruit is grown organically (Soil Association certified), and fermented before addition of extra sugar and alcohol, this gives the liqueurs their intensely fruity characteristics.
