100% Sangiovese which undergoes an 8-10 day skin maceration with regular pump-overs to extract colour and tannin. Typically Tuscan with savoury red fruit character, balanced acidity and freshly picked cherries on the palate. Matured in bottle to harmonise and develop. Brilliant organic Chianti.

Tenuta San Vito
Tenuta San Vito lies in the hills of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, 18 kilometres from Florence. Under the direction of its founder, Roberto Drighi planted their vineyards and olive groves in 1960. Officially certified organic back in 1985, they produce wonderful organic Chianti. If visiting the area you can stay at this lovely estate as they offer agriturismo, and also have a restaurant.
