Domaine Richard Rottiers

Richard took over five hectares of vineyard in 2007, with vines all between 40 and 80 years old. He converted everything to organics to 2012. Centred around the Moulin-a-Vent area on pink granite soils, where manganese seams can be found, which are thought to produce the typical aromas of violet and iris in the wines.
