Organic New Zealand Wines
New Zealand only has a short history of winemaking, and produces less than 1% of the world’s wine. Yet its famous Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Noirs are to be found in nearly every wine shop and restaurant across the UK, such is the quality on offer. Thanks to the cool temperature, New Zealand organic wine has a much longer ripening period. This leads to a much more intense flavour, as well as much more purity in the notes of the wine.
