The Pecorino grape is particularly grown in the central Italian Marche area, though through its increasing popularity it is now spreading wider. Pale straw coloured the nose is intense with broom, nuts and pear aromas. On the palate there is bountiful and rich flavours of apple, melon and citrus fruit rind. There's lots to enjoy here from this fine native, biodynamic Pecorino.
