A strong, dry organic cider made by Herefordshire legends Dunkertons that is the most scrumptious drink with a chunk of Montgomery cheddar... (We know, we've tried it - a lot!)

Jonathan Ray, The Telegraph, 'Using traditional press and mill, Dunkertons have been making exemplary organic ciders and perrys for 30 years from varieties such as Sweet Coppin, Dabinett, Stoke Red and Foxwhelp. This award-winning example is a delight: a medium dry, deeply fruity sparkler that makes the perfect partner to curried apple soup.' The Telegraph, 2009
In 1988 Dunkertons became the first in Herefordshire to make organic cider to Soil Association standards. Using a traditional press and mill (circa 1930) the cider is carefully made using time-honoured methods. Each variety of cider apple is fermented separately, stored and then blended a year after pressing.
