Dà Mhile- NV
Hailing from Wales, this Orange Liqueur is one of the many groundbreaking products from the artisan Dà Mhìle distillery. While it may be a young distillery, it has certainly made its mark with this delicious liqueur. Made from a one-of-a-kind combination of coffee bean and whole oranges, you get zingy, zesty citrus flavours on top of a deeper, richer coffee heat. The mouthfeel is rich and complex, and the liqueur is both inviting and enveloping. Mix it into your cocktails or drink it alone--it stands on its own two feet!
Dà Mhìle, pronounced da-vee-lay and meaning Gaelic for two thousand, began life in 1992 when John Savage-Onstwedder commissioned the world's first organic whisky (of the modern era at least) to be made to celebrate the millenium in 2000. The whisky is still being produced (but the original bottles from 1992 are now highly sought after), but they have have also expanded into gin and liqueurs, produced using their own copper pot still in Wales.
