AOC Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Chateau Gaillard / Organic White Wines
Chateau Gaillard - 2010
Breathtakingly good Sauvignon Blanc. Sprightly and intense
Captivating biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. You get that lovely grapefruit and grassy nose that's so attractive to lovers of this grape and the palate is dry with a rich, limey quality. It's pretty weighty which is the result of a bit of time spent on the lees. A classic partner for baked trout, goats cheese salad or to enjoy on its own in the garden on those warm summer afternoons
