Apricot heaven bottled! Walcher have used their expertise and an old recipe from their ancestors to produce this utterly delightful drink, which they recommend drinking at 8 degrees or with an ice cube. The organic apricots are sourced from Turkey, one of the best native lands of this famous fruit. Also makes for a great mixer or complement to ice cream.
30ml Apricot Liqueur
2 dashes of bitters
Gently stir and serve in a flute glass before of after dinner.
'Apricot Flower' After-dinner cocktail:
125ml Apricot Liqueur
Cream (as desired)
Mix together and serve in a cocktail glass as a creamy, lightly sweet digestif.
