A delicious alcohol-free sparkling drink with apple, pear, hawthorn and blackcurrant.

On a base of heritage apple and pear varieties, hawthorn and blackcurrant are added, along with freshly gathered Douglas Fir tips, sloes and spices. Aromas are abundant, and of stewed plum and elderberry followed by intense and zesty flavours of sour cherry and citrus. The soft spice and woody notes of young fir shoots are there too in this very special and delicious sparkling beverage.

Ex winemaker Jörg Geiger has turned his talents to top level, organic and alcohol free sparkling juice drinks to really offer an interesting alternative to 'wine'. Made in southwest Germany's Swabia region, and produced using heritage organic meadow fruits (apples and pears of special variety), blended with herbs, spices and flowers, gathered wild from the same area. As complex and versatile as the finest sparkling wines, these are unique and innovative drinks that deserve to be enjoyed. With very fine bubbles and intense flavours, they are perfect for fine dining, or for treating the driver.

  1. Excellent

Finally a soft drink that’s not just sugar and e numbers! This is expensive compared to coke etc, but it’s about the same as a bottle of wine and it’s just as good, but with none of the alcohol.

  2. The surprise Christmas party drink

This is an unusual blend of ingredients – different from anything that I’ve every tasted before. I was sold at the tasting and bought a bottle to serve at a Christmas Eve drinks party. We are not going to tell anyone that it’s non alcoholic but simply ask people what they think of it.

I’m sure that it will be a big success and a great conversion topic. Yes it is that good.

  3. Superior softy

Really tasty and interesting drink – no match for wine, but perfect for what it is
