Roditis from the Peloponnese in Greece has bowled us over, and demonstrates how good Greek whites can be these days. To complete we have three super French reds, a new classically structured Medoc from the 2020 vintage, a 95-point Gold Medal Gigondas (think Chateauneuf du Pape) that’s so silky and persistent, and lastly an elegant and fragrant Fleurie Cru Beaujolais from Château La Chaize. These are thoroughbred, big hitting wines at difficult to beat prices.
