Jasci - 2019
An increasing number of organic producers, are now making new wines without Sulphur (wine preservative) addition. We’ve found a great example here, from longstanding Montepulciano specialists at ‘Jasci’. Made from specially chosen grapes in optimum condition, which are destemmed and kept refrigerated, then carefully fermented without oxygen and kept in stainless steel. It shows an incredible intense colour with purple, violet and crimson hues, introducing a palate friendly fruit driven wine with pure, earthy blackberry flavours.
