A blend of Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon that is the biodynamic flagship wine Emiliana Orgánico. It has an inviting black fruit, truffle and spice nose and the palate is velvety smooth with blackcurrant and plum fruit and well-integrated tannins. Full-bodied wine that does taste best with food. This wine is considered the maximum expression of Emiliana's biodynamic agriculture where the energy of the cosmos, earth and man gets together. Its name comes from the Greek word for earth.

Winery of the Year - Wines of Chile 2015. The most prominent organic and biodynamic estate in Chile, the vineyards of Emiliana Orgánico (formerly VOE) are planted in three of the country’s key viticultural valleys: Maipo, Colchagua and Casablanca. The winemaker here is the remarkably talented Alvaro Espinoza. Acacia trees are grown around the vineyard to draw nitrogen from the atmosphere into the soil, and plants are grown to make homeopathic treatments which are subsequently used on the vines.
