Domaine Bousquet - 2015
The new ‘icon’ wine from Bousquet, pushing quality levels still higher. From 65% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 5% Merlot all from the domaine’s own vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary at 1200 metres. Fermentation is in French oak and is followed by 16 months ageing in new French oak. As you might expect it combines power, finesse and elegance. No wall of tannin here, just a very well structured and balanced wine thats an absolute joy to drink.
