Daas brewery also use a modern deglutenization process on some of their beers so that they can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.

Closest to Wheat Beer
Very nice citrus taste and a really refreshing drink, served cold on a warm day is wonderful, this is the closest I have come to original wheat beer since I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2016.
