An aromatic Côtes du Rhône, fresh and lively, with loads of berry fruit, a peppery nose and a hint of herbes de Provence. It is a perfect wine for partnering with hearty casseroles, sausages, pasta or cheese fondue.
Charles Thomas' grandchildren today control more than 460 acres in the 3 different wine regions. According to an old French saying, "uniformity brings about tediousness", and in the Thomas estate it's all about diversity. The main vineyard is in Pont-Saint-Esprit, planted on very deep loamy and sandy soil. This land is tilled with horse-drawn ploughs to preserve its essential qualities and respect the environment.
