Away from the Valencia coast in a high valley, the grapes for this wine are grown on chalky, clay soils. Lovely blend that has produced a bright wine, with some aromas of flowers and apples, leading to a creamy, medium bodied palate with ripe pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Tight and mineral to start, this opens up nicely.
