Brochet Facile Sauvignon Blanc
A bright wine that shines in the glass. Piercingly fruity, yet with plenty of fleshy ripeness. All the classic Loire acidity is there, adding crispness and bite to this very refreshing wine.
In 1995 during the first year of his PhD in Oenology and Ampelology, Frédéric Brochet created Domaine Ampelidae (from the Greek Ampelos meaning vine), out of those few vines inherited from his father. The move towards converting to organic began in 2000. Ecocert certification in Organic Agriculture was given in 2004, and all vines became organic in 2007.
