From the steeper slopes of the Honigberg hill, this off-dry Riesling is more for connoisseurs. Poached pears, marzipan and even honey on the nose leads to a more weighty apple and peach palate. Complex with good minerality, a wine we recommend getting busy with!

Our first listing from the Mosel, are two high grade Rieslings organically cultivated on living Devonian slate slopes. Indeed, the steep slopes and location of the Honigberg (or honey mountain) were the initial inspiration for the distinctive names and labels of the wines.
