Hand picked grapes 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah are carefully vinified with natural yeasts, to bring out maximum fruit expression whilst keeping the tannins soft and approachable. Earthy and elegant with real vivacity and polish, the flavours are extremely pure and linger on the palate in perfect balance. The footprint seen on the label refers to the viticulturist and winemakers son Nao, who was born in the first year this wine was made.
