AOC Cabardes Chateau de Brau
Looking for good value, high quality French wine? Try this vintage, made in the Chateau de Brau vineyards in the Languedoc region. Made from a combination of three grapes - Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - the wine contains a slightly different blend each year. All three are vinified separately, and only then is the blend determined. This results in a full-flavored, deeply-coloured red wine, with flavours of sweet jammy fruits, damson, and blackcurrants. There's just a hint of spice to add complexity and balance, and you'll find this wine has excellent character and the right amount of bite to make it a high-quality wine.

Domaine de Brau
Organic since 1989, with appproximately 40 hectares of vineyards planted on a range of loam, chalk, marl and sandstone soils, Gabriel and Wenny are able to plant their vines in the soil that suits each of the grapes best. Blessed with the Languedoc’s predictable sunshine, they also benefit from the cooling sea breezes. A perfect combination for any vine to thrive in!
