A smoky and slightly savoury style, but not shy on the fruit content either. A great wine for cutting through fatty or olive oil rich foods.
Bodega Iranzo have a vineyard unlike any other in Valencia. In a natural gully known locally as the 'River of Wine', it lies in the shade of Sierra de Cuenca, giving it a very different mirco climate to the rest of Valencia. It's noticeably cooler, preventing the wine from becoming too jammy, and providing plenty of freshness which makes their wines such great partners for food.
