01.09.08 - Vintage Roots at Decanter Awards

We are pleased to announce that Vintage Roots, the organic wine specialists have kicked off the start of their 22^nd year in business by taking home a major trophy at the Decanter Wine Retailer of the Year Awards 2008. Founders and company directors Lance Pigott and Neil Palmer were delighted to collect in person, their engraved Riedel glass decanter at the awards ceremony in London on the 1^st of September for ‘Independent Specialist Merchant of the Year’. Over three hundred top wine journalists, makers and merchants from around the world, were at west London’s Hempel Hotel to enjoy the event.
