VDP l'Aude 'Pure' Cabernet Sauvignon Chateau de Brau / Organic Red Wines
Château de Brau - 2006/2007
Every inch a Cabernet; blackcurrant, herbs and fine tannins
A super-smart wine both in terms of presentation and the quality of the drink. It's got great depth and flavour; mostly blackcurrant and herbs with a spicy kick to the finish. A better wine with food than without.
