Sloe Gin / Organic Spirits

The gin is enriched with natural flavours from the sloes which absorb nearly 50% of the alcohol from the gin creating a delicious 26% alcohol liqueur.

The aroma is ripe with an underlying hint of juniper, the flavour is of plums, prunes, cherries, strawberry jam and mellow juniper and has developed a rare balance between rich and delightfully dry.

Why not enjoy on it's own or as a pre-dinner cocktail added to champagne.
