This wine is made from weissburgunder grapes that have been harvested in temperatures of minus 7 and below.
As such the grapes retain brilliant levels of acidity which offset the sweetness acquired by the grapes after all the time ripening on the vine. The result is an impeccable nectar with a refreshing acidity. Brilliant.
