Kali Gi Asyrtiko / Athiri / Organic White Wines
Tsantali - 2009
Dry, fragrant, steely white that's made for summer

The addition of Athiri is to give the wine a bit of aromatic lift. The sort of wine that makes you want to spend a weekend afternoon stuffing a few vine leaves so you can indulge in the ultimate Greek supper. (Plate smashing optional)
