IGT Veneto Merlot Prosecco Rosé Giol / Organic Sparkling Wines
Az. Agr. Cantine Giol - 2009
Charming pink fizzy that'll kick-start any party a treat
Rosado is the Italian word for rosé and this one is made from a blend of Prosecco (yes, it's a grape and the name of a wine) and merlot. It positively sings red cherries and manages to strike a really good balance between being well structured but not overbearing. It's an ideal wine to choose when you want something with more oomph than a white but not the heaviness of a red.
