Intensely dark with deep vibrant fruit flavours
Dark, with an exuberant blueberry and violet nose, the palate is soft and generous with full black cherry and plum flavours, and a hint of pepperiness. A class wine of very small production, only around 100 cases produced!
13.5% ABV
Organic since 1989, with appproximately 40 hectares of vineyards planted on a range of loam, chalk, marl and sandstone soils, Gabriel and Wenny are able to plant their vines in the soil that suits each of the grapes best. Blessed with the Languedoc's predictable sunshine, they also benefit from the cooling sea breezes. A perfect combination for any vine to thrive in!
