A full-flavoured unoaked white made from Grenache Blanc and with a touch of Roussanne. Fruit-driven, mineral rich and spicy making this an ideal accompaniment to vegetarian and grilled seafood dishes or even on it's own.

Having spent his childhood in the Rhône Valley between Avignon and Vaison-la-Romaine, Virgile, whose grandfather was a wine-grower, remains deeply attached to the land. After working as an oenologist in France and Chile, he created his own winery in March 2000 with 1 hectare of vines. Today, Domaine Virgile Joly is a family affair. Magdalena works alongside Virgile to help him achieve his goal of making premium organic wines from 15 hectares of vines.



We're still working on some ideas for our 'Goes Well With' combinations, these things take time, but we're having fun experimenting!
