Domaine du Bouchot Pouilly Fumé / Organic White Wines
Domaine du Bouchot is situated in the village of Saint-Andelain, in the Nievre department of central France. The estate covers 10 hectares of vines which are planted in chalky, clayey soils facing south-west.
Pascal and Rachel Kerbiquet devote all their experience and enthusiasm to wine-growing and wine-making in Saint Andelain, a village in the heart of the Pouilly-sur-Loire vineyards.
Their experience combine with modern wine-making techniques to help their dry, flinty white Sauvignon Blanc based wine to express all the richness, complexity and subtlety. Absolutely superb with shellfish or goats cheese.
